Cecil B. DeMille’s The King of Kings 1927 silent film will be shown entirely in glorious black and white!

Cecil B. DeMille’s The King of Kings is a 1927 American silent epic film produced and directed by DeMille. It depicts the last weeks of Jesus before his crucifixion and stars H. B. Warner in the lead role. Many of the film’s intertitles are quotes (or paraphrases) from Scripture, often with chapter and verse accompanying.

DeMille is acknowledged as a founding father of the American cinema and the most commercially successful producer-director in film history. His films were distinguished by their epic scale and by his cinematic showmanship. -Wikipedia
